Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Leverage cutting-edge ATS tools to manage candidate pipelines and track KPIs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and talent demands
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed placement metrics in high-volume environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
