Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (healthcare, tech, logistics, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key clients
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on Fresno's labor market trends and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in Fresno or Central Valley
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Valid California driver's license for client visits
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
