Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and hospitality
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from client intake to candidate placement
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and position requirements
- Execute innovative recruitment strategies including targeted job boards and social media campaigns
- Track and optimize key metrics including time-to-fill and placement success rates
- Represent our agency at industry events and job fairs to expand our talent network
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of technical/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and needs assessment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
