Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS systems
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
