Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and networking
- Build/maintain robust client relationships across key Kansas City industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop strategic staffing solutions for diverse client needs
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and industry regulations
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with agency background
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (placements, retention)
- Expertise in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Kansas City talent market
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
