Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries including healthcare, logistics, and technology
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for urgent client positions with aggressive timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean techniques and social media platforms
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate qualifications against job specifications
- Negotiate competitive offers and facilitate seamless onboarding processes
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable recruitment insights to clients
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement metrics
- Expert knowledge of Jacksonville's local talent market and key industries
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
- SHRM-SCP or CSCP certification preferred
