Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, and finance
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding with 15+ weekly placements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through weekly business reviews
- Utilize ATS platforms to track KPIs and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks

Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with executive-level experience
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions in fast-paced environments
- Relevant industry certifications (CPC, CSP) preferred
