Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Houston
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with top Houston-area employers
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments for technical and non-technical positions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience (agency preferred)
