Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for high-demand technical and healthcare roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with Houston-area businesses

- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track pipeline metrics

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Expertise in technical or healthcare talent acquisition
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
