Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and engineering sectors
- Build and maintain robust client relationships with Fortune 500 companies
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement
- Exceed monthly KPIs for submissions and placements
- Leverage ATS tools and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Present innovative staffing solutions to client stakeholders
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid Texas staffing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
