Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Bullhorn preferred)
- Valid Texas staffing license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
