Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Conduct 50+ weekly candidate interviews with behavioral-based assessments
- Manage client relationships and negotiate competitive compensation packages
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction through onboarding support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in high-volume recruitment/staffing agency environment
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Proven track record of 40+ placements quarterly
- Strong negotiation skills with 95% offer acceptance rate
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
