Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing)
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver exceptional service
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and placements
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for efficient workflow
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly recruitment KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement and revenue goals
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with high emotional intelligence
- Familiarity with Fresno's local talent market and industry landscape
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
