Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Develop innovative sourcing campaigns to attract passive candidates
- Utilize ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency
- Represent our agency at industry events and networking functions
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and labor standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrable ability to meet aggressive hiring targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong network of Dallas-based professionals preferred
