Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Cleveland businesses
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Meet monthly recruitment KPIs and performance metrics

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
