Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for Fortune 500 clients with 24/48-hour turnaround requirements
- Utilize AI-powered sourcing tools to identify passive candidates across niche industries
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews using competency-based frameworks
- Manage candidate pipelines in ATS with 95% offer conversion rate targets
- Develop strategic staffing plans for C-suite executives and specialized technical roles
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client portfolio in Chicago metropolitan area
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented approach
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with 80%+ contract-to-hire placements
- Proven track record in high-volume staffing (50+ placements quarterly)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) with data-driven optimization
- Technical understanding of cloud computing, AI, or healthcare compliance frameworks
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 90%+ offer acceptance rate
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent requisitions with competing deadlines
- Chicago market knowledge and established professional network required
