Responsibilities
- Urgently source and screen qualified candidates for 15+ high-priority roles weekly
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple industries
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments with precision
- Manage client relationships through weekly progress reports and feedback sessions
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms for strategic outreach
- Onboard candidates with 100% compliance documentation accuracy
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting across diverse industries (finance, tech, healthcare)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday) and sourcing tools mastery
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven recruitment decisions
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for client meetings
