Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent technical and executive roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search and CRM tools
- Conduct strategic client consultations to understand staffing needs
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close placements
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction metrics through exceptional communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements/month
- Expertise in sourcing technical candidates (engineering, IT, healthcare)
- Proficient in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
