Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with Boston-area hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from screening to placement
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for submissions and placements
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in ATS
- Collaborate with team to share market intelligence
Qualifications
- 2+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience required
- Proven track record meeting placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of Boston's job market
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
