Qualifications

- Proven track record placing candidates in IT, healthcare, or finance
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
