Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job order to placement
- Utilize ATS systems and social media for talent sourcing
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and closing agreements
- Track metrics and report on recruitment KPIs

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of New Mexico job market preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
