Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in urgent staffing assignments
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for high-demand roles in IT, healthcare, and logistics
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Collaborate with corporate clients to refine job requirements and hiring strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems and social media to identify passive candidates
- Drive recruitment metrics including fill rates and time-to-hire targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume staffing or agency recruiting experience
- Proven success in closing urgent/temp-to-perm placements
- Expert knowledge of Indianapolis job market and talent landscape
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent assignments simultaneously
- Relevant certifications (CERS, CSP) preferred
- Valid Indiana driver's license with reliable transportation
