Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent roles across IT, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing
- Maintain accurate candidate databases using our proprietary ATS system
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong knowledge of Denver's talent market and key industry sectors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional time management
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
