Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for urgent client needs
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing requirements and deliverables
- Utilize ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed monthly placement targets
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in high-volume environments
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment techniques
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for contract-to-permanent placements
- Familiarity with California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
