Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from client intake through candidate onboarding
- Develop strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics for optimization
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of direct staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment with demonstrable placements
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in team environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP, CTS) preferred
