Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for urgent client placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using ATS and social platforms
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume recruitment/staffing
- Proven track record of meeting urgent hiring deadlines
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SPHR) preferred
