Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across healthcare, IT, and administrative sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and reporting metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to align staffing solutions with client needs
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (agency experience preferred)
- Proven track record of placing 15+ candidates monthly
- Expertise in healthcare, IT, or light industrial staffing verticals
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent HR credentials
- Ability to manage high-volume placements in time-sensitive environments
