Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through innovative sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition to placement
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with 50+ Fort Worth-area employers
- Optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics for maximum efficiency
- Lead onboarding initiatives ensuring seamless candidate-to-employee transitions
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record in high-volume environments
- Expert knowledge of Fort Worth's local job market and industry demands
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions with tight deadlines
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment analytics tools
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
