- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, interviews, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ corporate clients in Baltimore metro area
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using ATS and CRM platforms
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and salary trends
- Lead recruitment events and networking initiatives in Maryland
- Ensure compliance with EEOC and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Proven track record placing technical and healthcare professionals
- Expert knowledge of Baltimore's talent market dynamics
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles under tight deadlines
