Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client requirements across tech, finance, and government sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and networking
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Leverage ATS systems to track candidates and ensure data accuracy
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing solutions and competitive insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of direct recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in volume recruitment
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Valid DC driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
