Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract, temp-to-perm, and direct-hire positions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across Jacksonville's key sectors
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Leverage our proprietary CRM to track placements and drive revenue growth
- Attend industry networking events to expand our talent pipeline
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with Jacksonville market knowledge
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales/recruitment targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Florida driver's license for client visits
