- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in Bay Area market
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and GitHub
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn ATS systems
- Strong understanding of SF tech stack requirements (Python, AWS, React)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring cycles
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
