Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings using ATS and Boolean search
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at top DC-based organizations
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews, ensuring cultural fit and technical alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and submission-to-hire ratios
- Collaborate with marketing team to attract diverse talent pools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with DC-based clients
- Expertise in government contracting, IT, or healthcare recruitment preferred
- Proven track record of filling urgent roles within tight deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with executive-level candidates
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP certification a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
