Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced search techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to identify passive talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates through networking events, social media, and direct outreach.
- Client Management: Act as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing market insights.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct effective interviews, providing feedback to both clients and candidates to ensure a perfect match.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and persuade.
- ATS Proficiency: Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Jobvite).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT, Engineering, or Administrative staffing sectors.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a hunger to hit targets and exceed performance metrics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
