Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at leading DC-area tech companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation using Lever and Greenhouse ATS
- Lead candidate assessment processes including technical screenings and behavioral interviews
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement quotas
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in DC metro market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical stacks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Metrics-driven approach with demonstrated KPI achievement (e.g., 15+ placements/year)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
