Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for tech, healthcare, and finance clients
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Boolean sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages with candidates
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client hiring needs
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and placement metrics
- Represent our agency at industry networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring environments
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong understanding of Seattle's competitive talent landscape
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Relevant staffing certifications (CERS, CSP) preferred
