Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client requirements across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-fit alignment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for efficient candidate management
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency recruiting or corporate talent acquisition experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across multiple platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with candidates and clients
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and social recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client meetings
