Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-priority client assignments
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using AI tools and niche talent mapping
- Build and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients in Portland metro area
- Lead candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
- Analyze market trends to position clients as top employers
- Maintain 95% placement success rate for urgent requisitions
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced recruitment methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with tech/healthcare focus
- Proven track record of 50+ placements in 12-month period
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong network of Portland's tech and healthcare talent
- Data-driven recruitment approach with measurable KPIs
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
