- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies weekly

Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in placing technical, healthcare, or finance roles
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Strong network of active candidates in the Raleigh-Durham market
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring timelines with precision
