Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for urgent client needs across multiple industries
- Source and engage top-tier candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Conduct 50+ weekly candidate interviews with behavioral-based assessments
- Manage client relationships through weekly performance reviews and pipeline updates
- Optimize applicant tracking systems with 95% data accuracy
- Train junior recruiters on sourcing techniques and compliance protocols
- Exceed quarterly placement targets by 15%+ through strategic pipeline management
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/corporate recruitment experience with high-volume placements
- Proven success filling technical, healthcare, or industrial roles
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with 95% offer acceptance rate
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions
- Exceptional communication skills across all stakeholder levels
- Local Long Beach market knowledge strongly preferred
