Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier tech talent through advanced sourcing techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles (engineering, product, design)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with 20+ Bay Area tech companies
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to reduce time-to-hire by 30%
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation benchmarks and talent pipelines
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance standards
- Optimize applicant tracking system workflows for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years tech recruitment experience with Bay Area startups/enterprises
- Proven track record of closing 50+ placements annually
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SPC or CERS certification preferred
- Deep understanding of San Francisco's competitive talent landscape
- Data-driven approach with ability to present recruitment metrics
