Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-caliber candidates across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients in the Albuquerque metro area
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategic staffing solutions for clients
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Deep understanding of Albuquerque's local job market and talent landscape
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing methodologies
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with client/candidate interactions
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
