Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through weekly check-ins
- Utilize ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent acquisition
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Collaborate with marketing team on employer branding initiatives
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing techniques
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Unwavering attention to detail and data-driven approach
- Valid California driver's license for client visits
