Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings in Detroit's key industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience (Detroit market preferred)
- Proven track record of filling technical and industrial roles
- Expertise in sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, urgent hiring timelines
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
