Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ active clients weekly
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and our proprietary ATS to maintain talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction rate through exceptional communication
- Drive agency revenue by achieving monthly KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with proven placement success
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across technical and non-technical roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong understanding of Raleigh's competitive talent landscape
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP/PHR) preferred
