Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client needs

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and offers
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience required
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
