Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in agency/staffing environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Deep understanding of El Paso's local job market and industry landscape

- Valid Texas driver's license required for client meetings
