Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across healthcare, IT, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media for proactive talent identification
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee's job market and talent landscape
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven, high-volume recruitment
