Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles using advanced recruiting techniques
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement and onboarding support
- Leverage ATS tools and data analytics to optimize hiring processes
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Represent Elite Talent Partners at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in a corporate or agency setting
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with candidates and clients
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Fort Worth's talent market and industry landscape
