Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and system navigation.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer peripherals and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and report technical anomalies.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT incidents and resolutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
